• Deep Niche Expertise: You must specialize in 1 to 2 specific industries (e.g., Consumer Electronics, Textiles, Heavy Machinery, or Furniture). You must know the factory hubs for your niche.

• Boots on the Ground: You must be physically able and willing to travel to factories for live, GPS-tracked video audits and quality control inspections.

• Zero-Kickback Policy: You must operate with 100% transparency. Your income comes from our agreed agent fees. Taking hidden kickbacks or secret commissions from factories results in immediate termination and blacklisting.

• Professional English: You must have strong written and spoken English. You will be communicating directly with Western buyers via our WhatsApp system.

• Established Network: You must have a pre-existing network of reliable, high-quality manufacturers, not just Alibaba links.
